I . Accounting Services
Via Optima LTD provides accounting services in conformity with the Accounting Law, National and International Accounting Standards as well as the other normative acts. We also provide Industrial accounting, according to the private needs of each one of our clients. We know the price of correct decision, taken based on the perfect industrial accounting parameters.

Our standart services are:

- Organization of the form of accountancy;
- Forming of cost price and consultations about company income and expenses;
- Compilation of chronological and detailed registers
- Current preparation of primary accounting documents: invoices, warehouse receipt, income and income and expenditure pay orders, bank documents etc.;
- Financial and accounting analysis of the activity;
- Registration according the Law for VAT;
- Preparition of VAT declarations, presenting in National Income Agency, refund of VAT;
- Filling of annual tax declaration according Law of Corporate Income Tax and Law of the Taxes on the Income of the Natural Persons;
- Preparation of  annual financial reports, including accounting financial statement, profit and loss statement, report for cash flow, report for their own capital etc.
